PARK RULES AND REGULATIONS

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-In: 2:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Early check-ins or late check-outs may be arranged based on availability. Please notify us in advance.
An additional fee of $2.00 per hour applies for late check-outs after 12:00 PM.
Check-outs after 6:00 PM will be charged an additional night’s stay.
No check-ins after 10:00 PM.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Generators must not be used during these hours.

SITE CHANGES
Any requests for site changes must be approved by park management.

TRAFFIC FLOW
Please follow all posted one-way signs.

SPEED LIMIT
The speed limit throughout the park is 5 mph. Please drive safely and watch for pedestrians.

PARKING
Do not park or drive on any grassy areas.

PARK FACILITIES
Only registered guests may use park facilities and amenities.

LAUNDRY
Do not leave clothes unattended in the laundry area.
Please empty the lint tray after every use.
Clotheslines are not allowed.

TRASH
Place tied and stacked garbage bags by the road by 10:00 AM (after sunrise).
Do not leave trash out overnight.

CHILDREN SUPERVISION
Children under 14 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in common areas.

PETS
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
Aggressive dogs are not permitted.
Clean up after your pet immediately.
Pets must not be left tied up or unattended outside.
Excessive barking will not be tolerated.

RV STANDARDS
RVs must be fully operational, self-contained, well-maintained, and in good condition.
Only one RV per site.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any RV not meeting these standards.

LIABILITY
Management is not responsible for injury, theft, or damage to personal property.
Tenants assume all risks associated with their stay and agree to hold the property harmless.

MANAGEMENT DISCRETION
Management reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the park for any reason, with prior notice or refund.

GENERAL RULES
Sewer & Water: All hookups must be properly connected and supported to prevent leaks.
Septic System: Do not flush baby wipes, adult wipes, or hygiene products. No chemicals or industrial-strength waste are allowed.
Site Cleanliness: Please keep your site clean and neat.
Vehicle & RV Repairs: Repairs are not allowed without prior approval from park management.
Permanent Structures: No permanent structures or pools allowed.
Ground Materials: No mats, rugs, or similar items are allowed on the grass.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in all common areas. Dispose of smoking materials in designated receptacles. Do not litter.
Criminal or Drug Activity: No criminal or drug activity will be tolerated.
Sex Offender Policy: Registered sex offenders are not permitted on the property.
Violation of Rules: Violation of any rule may result in immediate removal from the park without a refund.
Liability for Losses: We are not responsible for any losses due to theft, fire, utility failure, improper connections, or acts of nature.
Littering & Unruly Behavior: No littering or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
Fires: All fires must be in designated fire areas.
Property Rights: The property is privately owned, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Violation of any park rules or state laws is grounds for dismissal without a refund.
